Our store is hosted by the Guild of Jewellery Designers, who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

- Geographic Restriction: Our delivery services are strictly limited to Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales). We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed from addresses outside this territory.

Section 3 – Contract Formation and Pricing Errors
- Contract Formation: A binding legal contract between us is only formed when we formally dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. The automated order acknowledgement email sent immediately after checkout does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
- Pricing and Descriptions: While we make every effort to ensure pricing and descriptions are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error prior to dispatch, we are under no obligation to provide the item to you at the incorrect lower price. We will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

- Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
